I just purchased a new studio in Lisle, Illinois through Ann's assistance. We had a 2 week closing and she helped me through the process very thoroughly and quickly. I felt incredibly fortunate and grateful having had Ann as my realtor. She went above and beyond in accommodating my unpredictable schedule and worked extremely hard in every aspect. Although I only had very limited free time during weekends, Ann was able to arrange 20+ showings and weaved them all seamlessly into my schedule. I rarely left reviews in the public but Ann is so exceptionally great that I want to share some of her qualities that made my whole apartment hunting process so smooth and easy. 1. Ann is very knowledgeable. She has been in this industry for several decades and knows the city very well. She spent time to understand my needs and criteria for the apartment and sent me lists of apartments that meet my criteria which saved me lots of time to do my own research. During the apartment showing, she would list out the pros and cons to make me think more comprehensively and objectively as it was my first big purchase in life. In the past few months, Ann had guided me through the process with her knowledge in not only apartment hunting but also in the post-purchase process including inspections, attorney communication and closing. She walked me through this complicated process steps by steps and made me worry no more. 2. Ann is very patient and responsible. She always printed out apartment information sheets for myself to keep and notes taking. She kept a record of all the questions and answers mentioned during the showing. Because of COVID-19 pandemics, it was harder to set up apartment showings but she did her best to provide all the protection gears to me and was still able to schedule almost all apartments I wanted to see on the same day back to back to save me lots of idle time. I spent quite some time (several months) to find my ideal home, and Ann had always been so patient who set up almost 40 apartment showings in total for me. Ann is also very personal, hence working with her was so easy who made the whole process very endurable and pleasing. 3. Ann's work ethics is unbeatable. I usually did my research and had questions to ask late at night. She always responded to my questions within 15 minutes the latest and she would stop everything she did and jump on a call with me when necessary. When she was not able to answer the question, she would always find a way to get the detailed answers for me. For example, there was an electricity circuits issue from my inspection. She went out of her way to obtain quotes from a certified electrician company which helped me so much when asking for credits from the seller. 4. Ann is an amazing negotiator. I don't know how she did it but I got a lower purchasing price than I expected :) Overall, I would not be able to go through this process or purchase this apartment without Ann's help. If I can put her review into a scale out of 10, i will give her a 15/10 no doubt.

Hiring Ann to help me sell my home was the best decision I've made! I don't always make recommendations, but Ann is everything I want in a real estate broker! She is by far the most competent realtor I've worked with. She is not only very resourceful but also super hard working. She helped me get my unit back to its original beautiful condition for sale, and my unit went under contract within just 14 days. She made selling a unit super easy and stress-free. My unit needed to be repainted after my tenant moved out. I was out of town for the entire time, but having Ann be my one-stop contact person made the whole repairing and repainting process so easy. The contractors she recommended were very reasonably priced, and they all finished the work as scheduled. Ann was there representing me from meeting with contractors to monitoring the work until the finish. The result was beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with how my unit turned out. She is very knowledgeable and stays on top of what's going on in the south loop housing market. She helped me price my unit right, and when the opportunity came around, she offered great assistance in negotiation. My unit went under contract just 14 days after it hit the market, and I had Ann to thank for. Her work did not stop there. I was on vacation so she continued representing me in inspections and also extra repairs before closing. When the buyers demanded extra repairs, she was quick to gather all the information I needed and kept me posted the entire time I was in Dubai. All and all, what sets her apart from other realtors I've worked with is that she goes above and beyond for her clients. There were many occasions that she did not need to physically be in my unit, but she was always there just to make sure everything went smoothly. She understood my concerns and always answered my questions and demands very quickly no matter how late it was. There really wasn't a thing I was not satisfied with about having her represent me. If you ever need assistance in selling your unit, give her a try.
